Eveready in Hyde Park is the quintessential great American diner and has been featured on the Food Network. A gleaming reminder of a bygone era, the Eveready has a classic diner menu. Breakfast is served all day and it offers every variety of eggs and pancakes imaginable. Ed's famous malted waffles are served with ice cream, or try the banana waffles.
