The location and accommodations that the Staybridge Suites provide to its customers make it one of the popular hotels in San Antonio for extended-stay visitors such as contractors and military personnel, and may make a great base camp for a San Antonio adventure.

The Hawthorn Suites is away from the downtown crowds and closer to the airport. It specializes in extended-stay patrons and offers full kitchen suites and one-bedroom suites. Other amenities include a daily newspaper, complementary breakfast, free parking, and WiFi throughout the hotel. The Hawthorn Suites does not allow pets. There are laundry facilities on the property, a swimming pool and a fitness room. Even though it is off the beaten path, it is still within reach of San Antonio's attractions. The Riverwalk and Alamo Plaza are a five-minute drive away; Seaworld and Six Flags are 20 minutes. Less than four miles to the northeast is the San Antonio Botanical Gardens trail, a one-mile easy hiking opportunity through some very interesting local flora.
