The town has a fly fishing school, horseback riding venues and water tubing. Seven miles away is the historic Cades Cove. Cabin amenities include cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill and Jacuzzi. Nearby city attractions are Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg.

Smoky Mountain Getaway is a short distance from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cades Cove. It is a family-operated business that offers several types of cabins. Amenities include fireplace, Jacuzzi, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, deck and game room. The Smoky Dream Chalet is one of the many options, which is a great choice for a big group as it has three floors that comes with a game room including a pool table. If you like to stay by the water, the River Mist cabin is located just 15 feet away from the river edge.
