Yashima
Located in LA's Sawtelle area, which is known for all things Japanese, Yashima holds the title for the best noodles on the block. It offers an extensive selection of hot and cold udon as well as ramen and soba noodles. Its menu prices range from $6 to $12, as of November 2009.
