Steak House Restaurants Near Towson, MD
Towson is the largest suburb of Baltimore and is home to several popular shopping malls, universities and outdoor opportunities. Because Towson is an unincorporated town, its borders are rather vague. To local residents, Towson generally refers to the York Road corridor stretching from the Baltimore city line to the Hunt Valley Mall. It is bordered on the east by the vast Loch Raven Reservoir, which is surrounded by miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding. The 20-mile North Central Railroad Trail also originates in Towson and stretches all the way to the Pennsylvania border.

Bill Bateman's Bistro

One of Maryland's most popular local chain restaurants, Bill Bateman's is famous for its wide selection of Buffalo wings, which come in more than 15 flavors, ranging from lemon pepper to the "Wings From Hell." Its Towson location, located adjacent to Towson University, is a popular spot for the area's college population and is packed to the brim on wing nights. Its surf and turf features a 7 oz. petite filet and one of the best Maryland-style crab cakes in the state.

The Corner Stable

The Corner Stable, located in a small, oddly shaped building, has been a Baltimore institution for years thanks to its unbeatable baby back ribs and enormous Maryland crab cakes. If you can happen to resist the urge to try these two legendary dishes, you will find that The Corner Stable also serves impressive steaks.
