Sidmouth is a small town in Devon, located at the mouth of the River Sid and right on the Devon coast. A beautiful town, Sidmouth is close to the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage site and one of Britain's prized conservation sites. Walkers and hikers flock to Sidmouth to walk on the 630-mile South West Coast Path. The fishing village of Beer with its colorful boats and whitewashed cottages is close by. A climb up Peak Hill offers amazing views of Sidmouth below. For an overnight stay or longer, Sidmouth also has many lovely hotels to choose from.
