Owned and operated by the same family for more than 17 years, Cafe Normandie is an Annapolis landmark. Known as one of the best French restaurants in Annapolis, Cafe Normandie concentrates on supremely fresh seafood, delicious soups, crisp salads and various stuffed French crepes. Prices are a little high, but the food is delicious, the atmosphere relaxed and the staff super friendly, so it's worth the slightly extra expense.
