Owner Darrell M. Breaux opened Bros Cajun Cuisine Restaurant in his hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana almost 30 years ago. Bros offers a variety of traditional favorites. Start with a bowl of chicken gumbo with sausage, move on to a main course of crawfish etouffee and round out your meal with a selection of pies and other desserts.
