Luigi Guida, head chef and owner of the Casaletto Ristorante, was born in the Salerno region of Italy--a region known for producing some of the most famous chefs in the world. After immigrating to the United States with his family in 1970, he worked hard to accomplish his goal of one day owning his own restaurant. This he has accomplished, alongside his son Paul. This father-son team offers diners an authentic taste of Salerno--as well as specialties from Northern Italy--in an elegant setting.
