Pershing Hall is in the 8th Arrondissement, home to the infamous Champs-Elysee and the Arc de Triomphe, both epitomizing Parisian glamor and refinement. The hotel is built around a vertical garden, reminiscent of old-world style and elegance that doubles as a restaurant where you can enjoy a quintessentially French evening centered on well-crafted food in an opulent setting. Hotel Particulier Montmartre

Situated in historical Montmarte, near the infamous Basilica Sacre-Coeur, the the Hotel Particulier has just five rooms in a large white townhouse, tucked behind a secret passageway. After ducking past a large iron gate, an enchanted garden, overflowing with flowerbeds, Moroccan tapestries and antique urns, welcomes you to your secret hideaway. The rooms are the epitome of Parisian chic--each one is unique, decorated with original artwork and a mix of baroque, rococo and contemporary furnishings. There is a sauna where you can unwind after a long day strolling around Paris. Rates as of November 2009 were 250 to 590 euros a night ($378 to $893).

Hotel Sezz

A classical facade opens to reveal opulent contemporary lodgings in this 16th Arrondissement boutique hotel. The neighborhood is a chic residential area on the Right Bank, away from most tourist attractions, with the draw being cafes and great neighborhood restaurants. The 27-room hotel is decorated in white, gray and red contemporary furniture. It has a modern spa that offers Jacuzzi and steam rooms. A pool and gymnasium are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel will also provide a guide to accompany you on your shopping or sightseeing expeditions around town. As of November 2009, rates were 245 to 990 euros per night ($368 to $1,485).

Hidden Hotel

As the name suggests, this clandestine hotel is off the beaten path. Located in the 17th Arrondissement, it is near the Parc Monceau and Place Clichy. The hotel is awash in cream and soft beige with pink and lavender touches and dim lighting for a romantic feel. There are 23 rooms, all of which are designed to recall nature and serenity. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms have rain showers. The romantic theme continues to the cafe and bar area in the lobby. In November 2009, rooms were 142 to 460 euros ($215 to $697) a night.
