Diners will love the late hours at Downstairs at Eric's. This family-friendly restaurant serves cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches. Their gourmet pizza comes with your choice of more than 30 toppings like mandarin oranges, buffalo and kalamata olives. Very limited vegetarian options include the southwestern veggie burger made with organic ingredients. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.

Red Orchid Restaurant

The Red Orchid Restaurant serves authentic Chinese, Thai and Japanese food. Traditional edameme and classic, spicy Kung Pao chicken are offered. Thai cuisine menu choices include Pad Thai and green curry with coconut milk. Choose from an abundance of vegetarian options. The Red Orchid Restaurant opens at 11:30 a.m. and closes at 10:30 p.m. Lunch is served until 3 p.m. Dine-in or take-out options are available.

Microbrews are on tap at Breckenridge Brewery, which is one of the area's most popular restaurants. Enjoy a dramatic view of the mountains from the dining room or patio. Their traditional pub fare matches perfectly with their "small batch beers." Signature brewhouse build-your-own sandwiches are the house specialty. Choose beef, chicken or a Boca burger and pick own toppings. Another favorite is the fish and chips. The Breckenridge Brewery opens daily at 11 a.m.
