A welcome haven for dogs, Holiday Inn Marquette is directly next to a series of snowmobile trails and three miles away from the Marquette Mountain ski area. The Marquette County Fairgrounds, U.S. National Ski Hall of Fame, Michigan Iron Industry Museum and Lake Superior are all within 15 miles as well. The hotel offers a sauna, indoor pool, high-speed Internet, and a restaurant and business center are on-site. The hotel allows only dogs, and there is a flat nightly fee that covers as many dogs as you wish to bring with you.

Ramada

The Ramada is the only full-service hotel located in downtown and is only blocks away from Lake Superior. Other nearby attractions include three different indoor ice-skating rinks and Little Presque Isle, a popular hiking and picnicking location. The hotel offers an indoor pool and whirlpool, sauna, high-speed Internet and complimentary breakfast Monday though Friday. All pets are welcome on a one-time fee per pet basis.

Econo Lodge Lakeside

Tighter budgets may want to consider Econo Lodge Lakeside, a pet-friendly hotel overlooking Lake Superior and 12 miles from the Thunder Valley Raceway. The Ojibwa Casino is minutes away as well for anyone interested in slots, table games or Texas Hold'em Poker. The hotel offers free continental breakfast and has banquet and meeting rooms as well. A flat fee applies for all pets.
