Topsail Island is a small island community in North Carolina, which is home to three small towns: Topsail Beach, Surf City, and North Topsail Beach. Topsail Island is popular with visitors looking to participate in activities such as swimming and fishing, and also to see the marina and protected sea turtles. Though the entire island is just 26 miles in length, there are several small island hotels and motels, ranging in price and amenities.

The Island Inn is located in the heart of the shopping district in Surf City. It is located directly across the road from the beach and is within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The Island Inn is a budget hotel that offers clean, non-smoking, air-conditioned rooms, all featuring in-room microwaves, hair dryers and televisions. It is closed from November 15th until April 1st.

St. Regis Resort

The St. Regis Resort is located at the northern tip of Topsail Island on North Topsail Beach. It is a luxury condominium resort and specializes in weekly condominium rentals. Each condominium features private oceanfront balconies, living rooms and kitchens. The units are air conditioned and come equipped with telephones and cable television. At the St. Regis site, you will find many luxury amenities, such as a fine-dining restaurant and swimming pool.

The Holiday Inn Express is located one mile from Topsail Island in the town of Sneads Ferry.
