Michigan Pet Friendly Hotels

Michigan Pet Friendly Hotels
Michigan has more than 3,200 miles of shore line on the Great Lakes as well as 11,000 inland lakes. The lakes, rivers and streams in Michigan are also home to about 146 different species of fish. Add to that 140 state parks with hiking and biking trails and there is hardly a place in the state that is not near some form of outdoor activity. Many people like to bring their pets with them on vacation, and state parks do allow pets, with some restrictions. There are hotels in Michigan that understand how important pets are and welcome them as another member of the family.
