Part of an international chain, Fogo De Chão Houston is open for lunch and dinner. It was founded by two brothers who were influenced by their gaucho way of life in Southern Brazil.
After eating your fill of the 30-item salad bar, pick as much as you want of 15 different meats. Servers bring churrasco-style beef, pork, chicken lamb and sausage to your table.
