Spanish Fork, Utah is surrounded on all sides by a host of outdoor recreation opportunities. Centrally located along Interstate 15 in south Utah County, it makes an ideal jumping-off point for outdoor attractions in Utah, Juab and Sanpete Counties. Spanish Fork Canyon offers many hiking, mountain biking and ATV trails as well as fishing in the Spanish Fork River. Lodging is limited in Spanish Fork, but there are hotels in neighboring towns.

The Western Inn is located just off the I-15 exit in Spanish Fork, not far from the entrance to Spanish Fork Canyon. This budget hotel offers continental breakfast and cable television.
