It is also known for its tropical rainforest, extreme sports and endless trails, which can take you hiking through the jungle or the Mayan Ruins. There are many hotels on the Riviera Maya in Mexico, which is approximately an hour from the Cancun airport.

The Mayan Palace Riviera Maya is a Wyndham hotel with its own 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. It has many activities, including boating, fishing, jet skiing, scuba diving, tennis and snorkeling. There is also a gym (with cardiovascular and weight lifting equipment) and nearby trails for jogging. At the Mayan Palace Riviera Maya, extra activities and meals are not included in the overall room rate.

Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa

The Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa is all-inclusive, with refreshments available at all times. There are six pools, two of which are adult-only.
