Mesa Verde RV Resort
Big rigs are welcome at this clean, modern resort, located just a .5 mile from the Mesa Verde National Park entrance. The resort offers a choice of three types of sites. Partial sites are the smallest, for RVs up to 40 feet by 35 feet, with water and 20, 30, and 50 amp service. Standard sites have water, electric and sewer and can house 70 feet by 35-feet RVs; premium sites can accommodate all pull-throughs up to 110 feet by 45 feet. All sites have lights, picnic tables, and free Wi-Fi. After exploring the park, hop in the resort's hot tub or pool or check out the book exchange and library. The resort is open year-round.

The resort, which is less than 1 mile from the park entrance, has 70 sites, including full-service, 30 and 40 amp hookups or smaller sites, with water and electric hook-ups. Families will enjoy the resort activities, including an 18-hole miniature golf course, game room, playground, pool and nightly bonfires. Sundance RV Park
This adult-oriented resort is a central base for exploring Mesa Verde National Park (20 minute drive away), skiing Telluride (90 minutes away), or visiting American Indian archaeological sites in the Four Corners region. The family-owned park is simple, clean, quiet and open year-round. You won't find a lot of extra amenities and activities, but the owners are friendly, the park is nicely landscaped and shaded, and the location is central.

Mesa Verde KOA
This clean and friendly campground, set on a desert plateau about 15 minutes from Mesa Verde National Park, has RV and tent sites, and one-bedroom cabins. Full-service sites, with 50 amp electrical service, can accommodate RVs up to 80 feet. The grounds are nicely landscaped, including a lovely nature trail. There's an outdoor pool, basketball court and small store and gift shop.
