New Zealand Beach Resorts

New Zealand Beach Resorts
New Zealand is known as much for its moderate temperature and crystal clear beaches as for its mountainous terrain and relaxed attitude. It's the perfect place for any traveler looking for an out of the way adventure or for those looking to relax on the beach. Located in the south western Pacific the two main islands are about 1200 miles southeast of Australia. Because of its isolation, the culture, food and wildlife are all unique, making New Zealand a must for adventurous travelers. With everything from surfing, snorkeling, and kayaking to land sports like heliskiing and cycling, even the pickiest of travelers won't get bored. New Zealand is also home to some of the region's best beach resorts; from simple bungalows to five-star resorts and beyond, this island offers it all.

Azur Villas

One of New Zealand's most exclusive and luxurious villa locations, Azur sits on the banks of Lake Wakatipu and embraces its beautiful surroundings. Villas are made of silver beechwood and stone, but provide luxury and modern amenities. Each villa provides nearly 900 square feet of space, king sized beds with luxury linens, lounge space with dining table, chairs and floor to ceiling windows. Additionally, guests can enjoy complimentary local wine upon arrival, gas fire place, spa bath, under floor heating and 32-inch flat screen television with satellite. With just nine villas, service is truly personalized. Queenstown is an athlete's paradise. With rustic beauty and a clean environment, everyone is likely to find something new to try. Hiking, mountain biking, horseback trips, rafting, fishing and helicopter tours can all be arranged with the hotel. For more adventurous visitors, Azur concierge can arrange bungee jumps, jet boating or sky diving.
