Located on Route 202, A Taste of Distinction is different than most restaurants outdoor enthusiasts would consider because it is more of a catering business than an actual restaurant. This is a high end restaurant, and you can expect the best even if you are ordering a tuna salad sandwich. A great variety is offered for vegetarians that includes Brussel sprouts in garlic and oil, string beans almondine and wild rice salad with cherries, apples, pecans and white raisins in a divine citrus vinaigrette. If you have a sweet tooth, you will be pleased. Their homemade desserts include pecan pie, chocolate mousse cake and cranberry orange pound cake.
