Il Palio

Shelton has many Italian restaurants, but Il Palio is one of the most best. Once seated in Il Palio, which feels more extravagant Italian villa than Shelton restaurant, you'll think you're in Tuscany. Once you taste the authentic Tuscan cuisine, you'll be sure you are. Using top quality ingredients, the chef cooks an enormous menu offering all the typical favorites--cavatelli pasta, pollo arrosto, margherita pizza, calamari and, of course, dessert. If a drink at the bar is more to your liking, check out the bar menu too. It has mini versions of some of Il Palio's favorite menu items.
