Arad Evans Inn

The Arad Evans Inn has been cited in "Wine Spectator" three times in the past 10 years for its work in the kitchen. The restaurant is also housed in a historic building. While restaurant takes form within an 1840's Federalist-style house, the menu reflects a modern American fusion approach. Its executive chef, Brian Shore, is considered to be one of Upstate New York's top chefs. The restaurant menu is focused on fine dining, with steaks, chops, duck, lamb and fresh seafood all taking their respective place. Menus change seasonally to reflect the availability of local produce. A bistro menu takes a more casual approach to dining with small, and large plates from the restaurant menu.
