Chateau Yering

This manor house opened in 1997 as a 5-star luxury resort. The Chateau Yering has been accepted into the "Relais and Chateaux" association for keeping its traditional roots alive. The building sits on a lush 250 acres on the Yarra River. Thick gardens dating to the mid-1800's surround the property, and provide a peaceful park-like atmosphere. There are 32 suites, all with different amenities. Most rooms boast fine linens, antique furniture, king size bed, traditional claw foot tubs, and all have televisions with DVD players as well as balcony with varying views.
