Guests can enjoy free services such as free wireless Internet access, an indoor heated pool, fitness center and free local calls. All rooms include a coffee pot, refrigerator, wet bar, hair dryer, individual air conditioning and heating, iron with ironing board, cable/satellite television and computer hookup. Some rooms also are equipped with handicapped features and an in-room hot tub. Children under the age of 18 who are traveling with their parents can stay free when they share the same room.

Candlewood Suites Rockford

Guests who are bringing their furry companions along to Rockford can stay at the pet-friendly Candlewood Suites. Owners who have pets less than 80 lbs. can pay $75 per night for up to six nights. Guests who plan on staying longer than seven nights with their pets must pay $150 extra for their pets. A pet agreement must be signed at the front counter upon arrival at the hotel. Recreation included at Candlewood includes a 24-hour fitness center and barbecue grills. On-site laundry, dry-cleaning and housekeeping services are available also. All suites come equipped with cable/satellite television, CD/DVD player, video rental and a full kitchen with accessories such as a dishwasher, pots, pans, and plates. Nearby restaurants that are only one block away from the hotel include Ruby Tuesday, Outback Steakhouse, Applebee's and Don Pablo's. Other nearby activities that visitors can enjoy are movie theaters, Rock Cut State Park, Cherry Vale Mall and the Burpee Museum.
