Attractions Around Kissimmee, Florida
While most visitors think of only Walt Disney World and Sea World when considering Kissimmee and Orlando, Florida, they may be surprised by the number of other attractions in the area. Travelers can explore the outdoors by visiting a safari and wildlife preserve or by riding ATVs in an outdoor adventure park. For more adventure, visitors should visit Gatorland, known as the Alligator capital of the world, or explore Old Town Kissimmee, consisting of antique shops, restaurants and carnival rides.

Florida EcoSafaris

At Forever Florida, tourists can experience the wildlife preserves and gaze at the animals, rainforests and wetlands by choosing three kinds of safaris. If you wish to gaze at the sights, you may prefer the coach safari, which takes you through all the eco-systems on site, where you can view forests, exotic birds, turtles, white deer and possibly the endangered Florida panther. If you are feeling more adventurous, you can explore the safari on horseback to see all the plants up close, or take a zip line safari, where you experience the view from the trees as you fly across cables, far away from the alligators.
