East Japanese Restaurant
East Japanese has the most extensive sushi menu in the Farragut area, and is consistently rated as one of the best sushi bars in Knoxville. Inside you'll find a simple but pleasant atmosphere. Despite being a popular Knoxville sushi spot, seating is rarely hard to find. In addition, you'll pay less here than in the more upscale Knoxville sushi bars like Misaki's and Wasabi. East Japanese is located convenient to I-40 in the central Farragut area.

Taste of Thai
Taste of Thai's location in the Peters Road strip mall makes it one of the most convenient Thai restaurants in the Farragut area. The menu isn't extensive, but you'll find all the Thai food staples like pad thai, spring rolls and curry dishes. It is a good choice if you're sensitive to the strong spices used in Thai cooking, as the menu offers toned-down versions wherever possible. It's best to call ahead, as dinner service is usually crowded.

Wasabi Japanese Steak House
Wasabi is a good choice if you're looking for steak or other hibachi-style food. The menu includes teriyaki beef, chicken and seafood, as well as Udon noodle bowls and fried rice. Everything is cooked teppanyaki style (on an iron griddle) while you watch. If you prefer, you can also order from the sushi bar. Wasabi has one other location in Knoxville, on Bearden Hill Road.
