Fisherman's Cove Resort

This family owned resort is a water sport lover's paradise. The resort owns a full 38 acres of water front property and personal docks that guests can use to tie up boats after a day of fishing. The water of the lake is calm enough to allow other water sports like water skiing and tubing. A separate swimming hole is available for younger children that should not be in the lake. A short drive can take you to some surrounding ghost towns that can be explored for a good portion of the day. End your day by returning to a private cabin on the river. Cabins vary from $68 to $135 as of 2009. Ask your hosts about their boat and Jet Ski rentals as well.

Tiffany's Resorts

This resort provides parking for RVs or you can rent out small cabins for the duration of your stay. The resort is arranged so that everyone has a view of the water--cabin and RV alike. Eight private docks are available to tie up boats and the resort also provides a complimentary cement launch ramp for boats. Outdoor activities include year round fishing and volleyball. If you like to fish by night, the docks have lighting to help avoid accidents. Cabin rates range from $56 to $135 as of 2009. RV parking will cost you anywhere between $24 and $27 dollars a night.
