Coup Des Tartes
This quiet restaurant only has nine elegant tables and serves meals from brunch to dinner. Although the restaurant has mostly more expensive dishes (on average entree prices are $25 to $55), it is a friendly atmosphere that is ideal for a romantic occasion, outdoor dining or families with children (there is a children's menu). The fireplace adds an ambiance to the graceful demeanor of the staff, along with the decadent menu selection. There is a large wine list, and the staff is very knowledgeable about the ingredients used and how to match wine with them. Reservations are recommended. The dress code is business casual, so ladies should wear skirts or nice slacks and men should wear button-up shirts.

Christopher's
This first class, elegant dining room has a French chef that has a passion for quality French food. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and can immediately provide a variety of wine recommendations for the meal you order if asked. It is contemporary French food, and the chef creates each and every dish with authenticity and fresh ingredients. The entrees range from $25 to $60, so it may seem pricey to some dinner guests, but it is worth it if you are trying to find a restaurant for a casual elegant occasion, where ladies are wearing skirts or dresses and men are wearing slacks or button up shirts. The dessert menu is made daily and, on request, anything can be topped with espresso sauce. You have the choice to order a la cart or as a five course meal with wine pairings.

Vincent Market Bistro
This romantic bistro seems like it was taken from France and transported to Arizona. It provides fresh food with staff that understands French food and wines. And all of this for prices that are lower then most other French restaurants in the Phoenix area. For example, lunch for two comes in at under $20 and dinner for two under $40. It is French food with a southwestern twist by chef Vincent Guerithault. The wine lists focuses on Bordeaux from California. The small dining room is always welcoming and each meal is started off with fresh croissants and jam. After your meal, chef Vincent seems to always provide a complimentary dessert. The dress code is casual, with recurring patrons wearing jeans and sandals.
