Palace of Asia
Palace of Asia, previously known as Bombay Cuisine, has an amazing buffet of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian cuisine, although it is also great for take-out. You cannot go wrong with the chicken masala, also known as the butter chicken; it's a chicken curry in a relatively mild creamy tomato sauce.

Rajbhog Foods
Rajbhog is the ultimate Indian experience. Not only is there the restaurant, but there's an Indian grocery store right next door. Also, Indian foods can be slightly expensive, but Rajbhog is actually quite affordable. The samosas make for a great appetizer as do the chaat and dosas. For dessert try the Gulab Jamun.

Tiffin
The prices here are a bit higher than those of other local Indian joints, but the food is well worth it. This is a two-story converted house with the first floor dedicated to takeout and the second floor for dining. The mango lassies, a yogurt-based drink, are delicious. Try the Navrattan Korma, and you won't be disappointed. If you're able to handle dessert after your meal, definitely get the kulfi, it will be some of the best you've ever had.
