Ocean House Oyster Bar & Grill
The Ocean House Oyster Bar & Grill is housed in a tiny 19-seat diner that is open for dinner only. Serving up some of the freshest seafood around in dishes such as grilled wild salmon, Arctic char, fried clams and baked cod, Ocean House has been acknowledged as the best seafood restaurant in the county in Westchester Magazine's "Best of Westchester" issue every year since it opened in 2005. The restaurant's signature clam chowder won its own accolades as "Best New England Clam Chowder" in 2006. As of 2009, menu items range in price from $6 to $24. The Ocean House doesn't accept reservations and a wait can be expected.

Legal Sea Foods
Located in downtown White Plains, the county seat of Westchester, Legal Sea Foods offers ambiance along with its seafood dishes. The interior of the restaurant boasts a waterfall and a private dining room and there is a patio for seasonal outdoor dining. The standard selection of fresh fish, shrimp, clams, scallops, crab and lobster fill the menu, and lunch and dinner entrees range in price from just under $10 to just under $40. Situated on the ground level of the City Center entertainment complex, Legal Sea Foods is one of the closest restaurants to the White Plains Performing Arts Center.

Central Seafood
Not your standard seafood restaurant, Central Seafood serves up fresh catch with an Asian influence. The menu contains over 200 menu items, including lobster with noodles, flounder with ginger scallions, heart of bamboo with shark fin soup and dim sum. Meals range in price from approximately $10 to $30. The Hong Kong-inspired interior design at Central Seafood features tanks full of seafood and carts of dim sum. The Chinese-speaking waitstaff and chefs are transported in from New York City each day.
