The Dahlia Lounge is one of several Belltown restaurants owned by famed chef Tom Douglas. The Dahlia Lounge is open for lunch throughout the week, brunch on weekends, and dinner nightly. The menu features local seafood, venison, beef, duck, salads, and vegetables. As of 2009, dinner prices peak at about $25 per dish. The restaurant also features a vast local wine list. The Dahlia Lounge is also available for private dining events for parties of twelve or more. The staff will create a custom limited menu for private groups. While there is no established dress code, diners should dress for an upscale atmosphere.
