Flame is located in historic downtown Springfield. The steakhouse provides a wide variety of delicious steaks ranging from a filet mignon to porterhouse. The steaks are dry aged for at least 21 days before being wet aged for 18 days. This process makes the flavor more intense. The steaks are then broiled in temperatures of 1,500 degrees F to make the outside pleasantly crispy, and to lock the juice and strong flavor inside the steak.
