Located in Maricopa County, the town of Paradise Valley is a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona. The town lies near Camelback Mountain and is within 5 miles of the Phoenix Mountains Park and Recreation Area. The recreation area comprises a group of four parks; Dreamy Draw Recreation Area, Lookout Mountain Preserve, North Mountain Preserve and Piestewa Mountain Park. For outdoor enthusiasts, these parks provide several opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. Located at the foot of Camelback Mountain, the pet-friendly InterContinental Montelucia Resort features 293 guest suites among various villages. Situated between Camelback and Mummy Mountains, the Camelback Inn features 453 non-smoking pueblo-style guest villas distributed across 125 acres.
