Lansing, Michigan is the capital of Michigan and is located 80 miles northwest of Detroit. It is home to Michigan State University, the Lansing Symphony Orchestra and the annual African American Heritage Festival. Candlewood Suites

Candlewood Suites is located in East Lansing. Accommodations and amenities include an on-site fitness center with a step machine, Universal machine, treadmills and exercise bicycles; business center with fax machine, printer, email and Internet access; outdoor pool; and seasonal access to barbecue grills and sports court. Candlewood Suites has complimentary movies available for children at the front desk that can be viewed on in-room DVD players. All rooms are suites and include kitchenettes and separate bedrooms. In-room accommodations include data ports, high speed Internet access, a fully stocked kitchen with silverware and dishware, voice mail and direct dial telephones. Pet fees vary depending on the length of stay, breed and type of animal. Candlewood Suites suggests that you ask for a specific quote when making your reservation.

Motel 6 is just 13 minutes from the Capital City Airport in Lansing which makes traveling to and from the airport convenient for guests.
