Aurora Summit Steak and Seafood House

Aurora Summit Steak and Seafood is a locally owned USDA Prime steakhouse with an extensive lunch and dinner menu. According to Summit's website, menus include choices of appetizers, salads, wraps, sandwiches, burgers and, of course, steaks. The restaurant has a full bar and a very long wine list. The menu is relatively expensive. Reservations are recommended and can be made on their website.

Texas Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse is a chain steakhouse that offers salads, steaks, chicken and other barbecue items. The restaurant advertises great customer service in a casual atmosphere at a price families can afford. There is also an extensive kids' menu, with meals for kids ages 12 and under, and a separate menu for kids older than 12. Margaritas and cold beer are also available.

Another popular chain is Outback Steakhouse. Three Aurora locations allow you to easily have a great steak no matter where you are in town. According to the website, this Australian-style restaurant offers 15 meals under $15, starting at $9.95. You can choose from ribs, chicken, pasta dishes, steaks and the world-famous bloomin' onion. Equipped with a full bar, Outback is your destination when you want to watch the game, have a drink and share a nice meal with family or friends after a day of exploring north-central Colorado.
