While the emphasis is on Thai cuisine at West East Bistro, Asian fusion cuisine can also be found here. The restaurant offers special prix fixe menus during the week and innovative dining themes such as a recent Sake dinner: Venture of Sake. This three-course meal included lobster tail and diver scallops, followed by pan-seared flat iron steak and sake braised pork belly. Dessert was a Nigori sorbet.
