Balboa Inn: The Resort
The Balboa Inn (The Resort on the Sand at Newport) is steps from the white sand and blue ocean of the Balboa Peninsula. The hotel offers 45 guest rooms, many with ocean views, and a group of courtyard and family suites. Courtyard suites have views of the historic hotel courtyard, with hand-painted Mexican tiles and potted plants, while the family suites include a fireplace and dual bedrooms. The Resort at the Inn is the newest feature of the hotel. Only 11 suites are available. All rooms have jacuzzi tubs, marble floors, refrigerators, coffeemakers, flat-screen LCD televisions, high-speed Internet access and custom designed furniture. Each room also has a private sun deck.

Newport Beach Hotel
The Newport Beach Hotel is located on the boardwalk of the Newport Beach Pier. Flat-panel television sets are attached to the walls of its rooms, and the hardwood floors are designed using cottage-style decor. Rooms are grouped into Oceanfront, Deluxe and Standard accommodations. The price differences between the rooms are based on a spa tub in the deluxe room and the views from each room. Sunrise suites have skylights, sleeper sofas, fireplaces and separate spa tubs and showers. Dine at local area restaurants, many within walking distance from the hotel.

Doryman's Oceanfront Inn
Doryman's Inn is a boutique hotel located on the oceanfront near the pier in Newport Beach. Each room has custom decor based on early 20th century design. Parking and a Continental breakfast are included in the price of the room. 21 Oceanfront Restaurant, the restaurant at Doryman's, took a prize as the county's most romantic restaurant in 2009. Special party packages that include room and meals are available for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve and on weekends.

Little Inn by the Bay
The Little Inn by the Bay is conveniently located between the bay and ocean on the Balboa Peninsula. The rooms at the Inn have microwaves, coffeemakers, mini-refrigerators and pantries, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, daily newspapers and a complimentary Continental breakfast. The hotel provides beach towels and beach chairs for guests. Bicycle and skate rentals are available at nearby outlets for an additional fee. The Inn is walking distance from the Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, both Newport and Balboa Piers, car ferry and bayside sailboat and paddle boat rentals. Hotel packages include the "Via Venice" and the "Catalina Island Hopper." The first tour includes a private ride on a gondola and a night at the Inn. The second tour shuttles two adults to Catalina Island on the Catalina Island Hopper, a three deck catamaran. The Harbor Cruise Package includes opportunities for whale or sea lion viewing and a night at the hotel. The last package, the Snowbird Special, is available only in the winter months.
