Bryant and Cooper
Bryant and Cooper is the premier steakhouse on Long Island. It specializes in aged-to-perfection steaks and enormous lobsters. The menu includes everything that is to be expected at a steakhouse: creamed spinach, appetizers of fresh, ripe tomatoes and onions, and fried shoestring potatoes and onions. Desserts are the perfect end note, featuring cheesecake and warm pecan pie with ice cream. The atmosphere consists of a large rectangular bar is at the entrance, gleaming in brass and dark wood, and a dining room that is brightly lit with well used wood floors and brass nameplates at each seat that frequent diners have claimed. Service is efficient and knowledgeable.
