Good Restaurants in Princeton, New Jersey

Good Restaurants in Princeton, New Jersey
New Jersey is known as being the home of the ocean, a gateway to the sea that plenty of travelers flock to annually. Jersey is also home to the Pine Barrens, a unique biome and home to one of only a few pygmy pine forests in North America. In contrast with all that nature has to offer, New Jersey also has a more urban side, which includes Princeton, home to Ivy League Princeton University. Despite the urban locale, Princeton has a variety of good restaurants for the eco-conscious visitor.

Locally Grown

New Jersey is known as "The Garden State" for a reason. One restaurant that makes use of the bounty that comes with the state's moniker is the restaurant elements. A member of the elements staff states that the food it serves is "interpretive American," drawing from a variety of sources and ethnic cooking skills to serve up dishes full of flavor made from ingredients that are, for the most part, locally grown.
