The Holiday Inn Rosslyn is one of the more affordable options in downtown Arlington. Although a bit farther from Roosevelt Island and the riverside trail than the Mariott, it is still within easy walking distance. All of its 307 rooms come with cable-TV, free complimentary newspaper every day and a mini refrigerator. There is an indoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center, as well as two restaurants and a rooftop bar.
