IOU Sushi
IOU Sushi offers appetizers such as miso soup, a house salad and rice. Entrees include Teriyaki beef, salmon or chicken and seared tuna. For those who can't get enough sushi, there is an all-you-can-eat sushi bar complete with Nigiri sushi, Tamaki sushi, and Maki sushi. A list of specialty sushi rolls are on the restaurant's website. Options include creative names such as Godzilla and Rock n Roll. Guests also can enjoy a glass of wine or beer.

Happy Fish Sushi and Martini Bar
Sit back and enjoy a martini and sushi at the downtown Boise Sushi and Martini lounge, located in the entertainment district, "BoDo." The lounge is just blocks away from local activities such as theaters, museums, a comedy club and concert venues. Types of sushi include Nigiri, Sashimi, Traditional Japanese Maki and Temaki hand-rolled sushi. Guests also can enjoy a bowl of miso soup and seaweed salads. Those who dine in can also choose from a variety of martini drinks, beers, and wines to accompany their sushi dinners.

Superb Sushi Downtown
Superb Sushi opened downtown in Boise in Crane Creek market in 2003. As of 2009, restaurants were open in three locations that include Lulu's Pizza, the Idaho Building, and the Gelato Cafe. Lunch hours are Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner is served Monday to Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. A wide selection of sushi rolls are served that include the Whale's Tale, the Dragon's Eye and the common California roll. Interested customers can even learn how to make their own sushi at Superb Sushi's classes that teach you how to make a three-course mini meal. Students can roll their own sushi alongside the chefs from the restaurant. Classes are $55 per person.
