Las Vegas Hotels Near the Monorail

Las Vegas Hotels Near the Monorail
Although the city of Las Vegas is often associated with glittering neon, endless buffets and the clanging of slot machines, it also provides a great opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts to explore nearby trails and sites such as the Hoover Dam. Getting around Las Vegas can be tricky with clogged main roads and tourists weaving in and out of traffic. Navigate the city with a stretch of monorail serving many hotels on the strip. There are three operating monorails, ranging from an operating time period of 7 a.m. to 3 a.m. Rides last a few minutes and monorails arrive between 3 to 7 minutes and 15 minutes, depending on the monorail.

The Mirage

The Mirage is on the monorail line in Las Vegas and offers guests comfortable rooms and exciting features in the hotel. Rooms include an MP3 dock, 42" television and access to room service. After a day of hiking, enjoy the tropical paradise-themed Mirage pool or try the "Bare" area (adults-only) with DJs, cabanas and lounge service. An on-site concierge will help procure tickets to Vegas' many entertainment offerings. Other ways to spend time at the hotel include the spa, salon and casino. Multiple restaurants provide an array of dining options, including casual fare, fine dining and bars/lounges. Also featured at the Mirage is "Love," the Beatles tribute show.
