Gallagher's Steak House
Started in New York in 1927, Gallagher's was once a "speakeasy" during the days of prohibition. Once the liquor ban lifted, it became a retreat from the then common overly formal restaurant décor. It has kept its casual dining atmosphere within its five locations although this is a place for fine dining. Seafood is plentiful to accommodate the tender cuts of beef with separate side dishes to tie the meal together. Semi-private and private dining is also available for large parties.

Precinct Pizza
Open since 2006, this pizzeria comes with a sad past and a bright future according to Sharon Ginn of the "Tampa Bay Times." Before relocating, owner Rick Drury was a New York City paramedic. His career was short lived as a month after he began the 9/11 attack took place. Suffering from physical repercussions from that day, he and his family moved to Florida where his parents lived. He had always had a passion for New York-style pizza and decided to open his own place commemorating New York's emergency services with authentic decorations. Named to theme, you will find dishes like "freedom" fries, Ellis Island pizza, and the children's menu referred to as "rookies." Cannoli, cheesecake, and zeppolies, fried and sugared pieces of dough, grace the dessert menu.
