Gasho Hibachi Steakhouse
For an experience beyond the food, this hibachi restaurant brings the history of Japanese Gasho buildings to life. All three restaurants feature architecture similar to the multiple family farmhouses built in Japan in the 12th century called Gasho buildings. The restaurant in Central Valley was actually reconstructed from a Japanese Gasho farmhouse shipped to the United States. Soaring roofs reach toward the sky over a building in which no nails were used in the construction. The menu includes seafood, chicken, and beef--start with drinks and appetizers while enjoying the unique interior as the chef begins to prepare your food. Visit restaurants located in Central Valley, Hawthorne or Hauppauge.
