Colonnade Inn
The history of the Colonnade Inn dates to the late 1800s, when summer visitors from Philadelphia converged on Sea Isle City for an escape from the heat of the big city. Surf, hike, swim, boat and climb to your heart's content from this welcoming and luxurious base camp.
The interior of the Colonnade showcases antique woodwork and furniture in a charming atmosphere. Continental breakfast and coffee are available in the common area each morning, along with a big screen TV.
The rooms range from singles to three-bedroom suites (some with hot tubs and fireplaces). All units include private bathrooms, maid service and fresh linens each morning. Wi-Fi and cable are included. Rental pricing, packages and specials are available for each season. Reservations must be canceled at least 14 days in advance to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

Coast Motel (La Costa)
The Coast Motel, also know as La Costa, is in the heart of Sea Isle's entertainment area. The landmark Heritage Surf and Sport shop is right down the street. Sea Isle's best seafood restaurants are also located nearby, and there is an on-site lounge and pizzeria. Staff are available to help with reservations as needed, whether for morning surf lessons, afternoon boat rental or dinner.
The amenities at La Costa are minimal: these are very-basic rooms designed for sleeping, not lounging The value is in the great location in the heart of Sea Isle. This hotel is a great choice for social butterflies, but not for those who prefer solitude and early nights.

DiGenni's Centennial Guest House
Signore DiGenni built this getaway in 1895 as a vacation house for the Philadelphia upper class. During Prohibition, the house proudly served as a speakeasy. Recent renovations have resulted in today's clean, comfortable and affordable "B&B without the breakfast!"
The small establishment has six private, clean and comfortable rooms. Accommodations are very simple: beds, cable TV, A/C and ceiling fans in each room. There is one central bathroom in the hallway, plus two shower areas in the backyard. Neither towels nor beach tags are provided, and parking is on the street. The lovely porch is great for people-watching.
