German Clubs in Chicago

German Clubs in Chicago
Sport your lederhosen, grab a pint of beer, crank up the polka and make your way to one of these clubs. Whether you are in Chicago for a few days during Octoberfest or a lifetime, hanging out in these German clubs will remind you of hiking the Alps, cycling Bavaria or running a marathon in Berlin.

DankHaus German American Cultural Center

Memorabilia, museum artifacts and the Legacy Multimedia Project make this cultural hub a catch. Be sure to go the third Friday of each month to meet members, eat German food and toast a pint of German beer. Entertainment includes ping-pong rivalries, live musical demonstrations and dancing. The event is scenically located outside on the Skyline lounge, weather permitting, with no cover fees.
