The Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse is not a traditional steakhouse. This Texas restaurant uses traditional Brazilian-style cooking techniques to offer guests a large variety of meats, including lamb, chicken, pork and beef. Fogo De Chao Churrascaria

Fogo De Chao Churrascaria is a Brazilian Steakhouse with four Texas locations, in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Houston. Each restaurant is spotted by its signature blue tower. The atmosphere of the restaurant is earthy, with neutral tones and natural stone lining the walls. A fire pit is used to cook the Brazilian meats to perfection while guests enjoy the unique dining experience offered at Fogo De Chao. Upon arrival, patrons order drinks, and then visit the salad and sides bar for vegetables, meats and cheeses. When guests are ready for the main entrees, a card is used to signal waiters to begin waiting on guests for their selection of 15 roasted meats. Desserts are available upon request. Reservations are encouraged at Fogo De Chao Churrascaria and prices are typically around $38.50 for dinner.
