Canaletto is in the Venetian Hotel and Casino. It features savory Italian dishes that feature seafood as the prime ingredient. You will find dishes with shrimp, scallops and fish, as well as oven baked pizza. The Canaletto also has an outdoor patio that looks out over the square, where you can watch live entertainment.

Emeril's Fish House

Emeril's Fish House in Las Vegas offers Creole-style seafood from executive chef Emeril Lagasse.
