Canaletto is in the Venetian Hotel and Casino. It features savory Italian dishes that feature seafood as the prime ingredient. You will find dishes with shrimp, scallops and fish, as well as oven baked pizza. The Canaletto also has an outdoor patio that looks out over the square, where you can watch live entertainment.

Emeril's Fish House

Emeril's Fish House in Las Vegas offers Creole-style seafood from executive chef Emeril Lagasse. If you like his "kick-it-up-a-notch" brand of cooking then you might enjoy his spicy Cajun seafood specialties after a hike through the desert. This restaurant is in the MGM Grand. It features New Orleans style decor and can make you feel like you are right on Bourbon Street.
