Green River, Utah, is a gateway to the adventurous high-desert canyon country Utah is known for. About 50 miles north of Moab, the town of Green River is located conveniently on Interstate 70 near the intersection of U.S. Route 91, which travels south to the trails and national parks of the Moab area. In Green River, you'll have great access to mountain biking, hiking, rafting and rock climbing, all while being conveniently located near the interstate highway. The town is also close to the San Rafeal Swell, another beautiful geological destination in Utah.
