Resorts in Cozumel
Cozumel is an island located just off the coast of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, in the Caribbean Sea. The island, which is lauded as a prime location for scuba diving, is home to several resorts that offer a variety of activities to their guests. Besides diving, common options include golfing, biking, hiking and swimming. Many resorts in Cozumel offer these activities free to their visitors, though some charge a fee for off-property and specialized options.

Presidente InterContinental Cozumel Resort & Spa

The Presidente InterContinental Cozumel Resort and Spa is located on the eastern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula, right in front of Riviera Maya. The 220-room resort has an in-house dive shop that offers lessons and dive certification courses by certified dive instructors. Every morning, certified dive trips leave from the hotel pier, and take guests to explore reefs in Marine Park, a protected area of reefs located just off the coast. The resort also offers chartered deep-sea fishing expeditions, flats fishing trips, snorkeling lessons, parasailing and waverunners. All necessary snorkeling and diving equipment can be rented from the dive shop. Additionally, the resort is home to a 6,500-square-foot full-service spa, offering services such as massage therapy, facial treatments, stone therapy and yoga.
